My name is Derek Thackway, I come from Plymouth , South West of England in the U.K.
I am 42 years old and have dedicated the past 20 years to specialised nutrition, training and body building. I am a member of the Benal Beach gymnasium in Benalmádena and keen to share my knowledge and professionalism as a personal trainer to suit your individual needs.
My personal ethos is to push myself to achieve my goals as a successful bodybuilder, having entered various competitions coming second in the Malaga Championship and third in an Andalusion Championship.
This dedication enables me to show the way to serious minded people, a disciplined road to a healthy lifestyle. My training will be tailored to your personal needs with a mixture of cardiovascular, circuit training and concentrating on separate body parts. The training will be intense and strict thus enabling you to achieve personal success along with the happiness of looking and feeling good inside and out.

In the Andalusian championship, I came third.
In the Malaga championship, I came second.
You can see me, second from the right. 
RATES:
60 € per hour or 90 euros for two people per hour.
If you buy 12 sessions - you get two lessons free;
600 euros for one person or 900 euros for two people. If in another persons gymnasium, the client must pay my fee to their gym, whether it be monthly or daily.
*Unless it is in Benal beach gym, where I am a member any way.
I am willing to travel between Malaga city centre and Marbella on the Costa del Sol, Spain.
I can also give classes in Spanish, as I understand Spanish, can speak a little, but can show you everything!
